Nutritional Tips

Tuna cream is good but tuna tomato cream is actually fantastic. I will introduce more creamy tomato recipes another time. Tuna can be used for different pasta dishes. For example, with aubergine, onions, olives, tomatoes or tuna-mayo. Why don’t you try one of them for your one-fish-intake per week?

Tuna contains essential nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids and is especially rich in vitamin B3, B6 and B12. Tuna can be added in various recipes: salads (cucumber salad, cabbage, hakusai-cabbage, spinach, burdock roots, lotus roots, green pepper, beansprouts, onions, lettuce, eggs or anything that goes well with tuna), pasta, sandwiches, rice balls, fried rice or risotto.
