Nutritional Tips
There is no perfect fruit or vegetable. There is no single fruit or vegetable which can provide all of the nutrients we need to keep our body healthy. Therefore, including a variety of fruits and vegetables, every day is important. Stir-fried vegetables are one of the good dishes to add as many vegetables as you like to eat in large quantities.
Feta cheese is lower in fat and calories compared to other types of cheese, all while being a great source of calcium and phosphorus which can improve bone health. Moreover, it also provides Vitamin B2 and B12.
If you are adding cheese on a salad, Feta might be a good option. However, bear in mind that it is high in salt, so you could skip adding salt or dressing and instead opt for simply pepper, lemon juice and a bit of olive oil. This Greek salad would be a good way of eating as a healthier option.
