Description: Unique aglio e olio peperoncino spaghetti. Just adding some tricks, you can amaze your little ones or family. Pasta comes out from sausages.
Serves: 2
Cooking time: 25 minutes

Ingredients
- Spaghetti – 160g
- Sausage – cut into 4 small pieces, 160g or 8 pieces
- Garlic – chopped, 4 cloves
- Parsley (fresh) – 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Dried chili – chopped, 2 pieces
- Salt – 1 dash
- Ground black Pepper – 2 dashes
- Grated parmesan cheese – 5g
Method
1. Thread 4-5 noodles in each slice of sausage.
2. Cook the spaghetti until al dente in plenty of boiling water with salt (I recommend to use the largest pan at home to fit pasta as it may break easier than boiling normal pasta).
3. Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick frying pan, then add the olive oil, garlic and dried chili over medium heat stirring regularly.
4. Once the garlic becomes crispy, add parsley to the pan.
5. Once the sauce is cooked, add the drained pasta to the frying pan. Mix well. If it needs a little more moisture, add a splash of the pasta-cooking water.
To serve: Sprinkle additional ground black pepper, parmesan cheese and splash of olive oil according to personal taste.

Nutritional Tips
This is one of the unique and funny pastas. Just threading pasta through sausage before cooking and you can make this amazing pasta. Not only your family or kids will be impressed but also it is easier to eat. Sausage is high in fat, therefore, cut in smaller pieces may help avoid using too many sausages.
Try not to put too much pasta in one piece of sausage. In addition, make sure to thread one or a few pasta at once so that the meat can hold the pasta (not making a big hole!).
