Ingredients
- Broccoli – cut into bite-size, 160g
- Cherry tomatoes – 6 pieces or 40g
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Bell pepper – chopped, ½ piece or 50g
- Garlic – chopped, 2 cloves
- Feta cheese – crumbled, 60g
- Fresh parsley – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – ¼ dash
- Ground black pepper – ½ dash
Method
1. Steam the broccoli.
2. Meanwhile, in a non-stick frying pan, fry the garlic with olive oil over low heat.
3. Add the broccoli, pepper, and cherry tomatoes to the pan, sprinkle some salt and black pepper and mix well.
4. Put cheese and parsley on top. Alternatively, you can add them both just before you stop the heat.
To serve: Squeeze lemon according to personal preference.
